Ensures smooth, efficient manufacture of customer product by supporting any and all individual value-added processes within the DS2 cell. Interprets customer order information on printed documents and in ERP system to correctly complete finished DS2 assemblies.

Manufacturing Cell Tech I - DS2

Responsibilities

  • Etches pertinent traceability and/or order information as required per order details
  • Performs full assembly of core DS2 product, including torqueing, gasketing, cleaning, application of necessary lubricants
  • Safely operates diaphragm press machine to stamp out flat and pre-formed diaphragm foils
  • Packages completed assemblies for shipment
  • Inspects orders in progress for defects to ensure adherence to manufacturing processes and QMS procedures
  • Sets up, adjusts, and operates hand and power tools common to the DS2 assembly and packaging processes typical to the cell
  • Communicate with Cell Manufacturing Lead via email or in person to resolve issues

Requirements

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • 2 – 3 years manufacturing environment experience
  • Familiarity with all manufacturing processes within the cell
  • Ability to communicate in English required
  • Works well in a team or group dynamic
