We are looking for new or recent college graduates interested participating in our Graduate Training Program. This 12-24 month project-based development experience provides direct exposure and training in Sales, Operations, G&A, and corporate-wide initiatives. Upon successful completion, Trainees will be offered a full time position that aligns with their skill sets and desired career path.

Responsibilities

  • Participate as a contributing member of company-wide projects and/or roll-outs for 18-24 months
  • Learn various department functions, including operations, sales, and management viewpoints and company policies and practices affecting each area of business
  • Meet performance and learning goals and objectives from individualized learning plan
  • Regularly report on progress of learning goals
  • Observe experienced employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
  • Train in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments for a well-rounded learning experience
  • Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, planning, and other tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or other fields as required by specific program track
  • Highly self-motivated individual
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff across different levels or the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel for projects, with a potential to travel internationally
